Garden Party Ceylon
Bright Ceylon with a sprig of fresh mint.

Ingredients
- 2 tsp Ceylon black tea
- 2 fresh mint leaves
- 12 oz water at 205°F
- Optional milk
Steps
- Steep Ceylon 3–4 minutes.
- Bruise mint gently into the pot for the last 30 seconds.
- Serve with milk or lemon — not both.
